Around 70,000 of Delhi's street children aged 9-13, consume drugs in any form! And there are many more heart wrenching facts that can be stated and the devastating effects that substance abuse brings along with itself are extremely frightening and saddening. Drug abuse and addiction changes your brain chemistry.
